A study and synopsis of the state agencies’ working procedure as assembling from Acts and Royal Decrees regulated in regards to the 2002 Bureaucratic Reform Act revealing new structural organizations, missions and authorities of the new administration. The book summarized the functions of the three institutions; executive, legislative and judiciary, as well as the eight independent organizations established as the Constitutional organs. Emphasized was made on the new executive institution re-organized into Ministries with authorities as follow: Office of the Prime Minister - being the center of the administration of the state affairs and having powers and duties in respect of the state strategic and policy making; Ministry of Defense– national defense; Ministry of Finance- finance and financial matters of States; Ministry of Foreign Affairs- foreign affairs; Ministry of Tourism Authority and Athletics- tourism and the athletic matters of the State; Ministry of Social and Human Development- social and human development; Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives- agriculture and cooperatives; Ministry of Transport - transport and communications of the State; Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment- Natural and environmental resources; Ministry of Information and Communication Technology - information technology and communications; Ministry of Energy- the state energy; Ministry of Commerce- domestic and foreign trade; Ministry of Interior- internal affairs of the State; Ministry of Labor- labor; Ministry of Culture- religion, the art and the culture; Ministry of Science and Technology- science and technology of the State; Ministry of Education- national education; Ministry of Public Health- public health; Ministry of Industry- industrial development.
