Chaowana Traimas, a Doctor of Philosophy in Political Science, presently Director of Institute of the Constitutional Studies of the Office of Constitutional Court, regularly contributes his research and think-piece to the Institute of Public Policy Studies. This latest publication, THE CONSTITUTIONAL MECHANISM; GUIDANCE FOR THE PEOPLE, was written with an objective to identify tools and mechanism to be used as public guidance in developing efficient skills in participatory democracy in regards to the 1997 Constitution.
